The staff at the front was very friendly However their were a few random people just wandering in halls of the hotel. The linen look as though someone just remade the bed after the previous guests. …

The only reason this gets 1 stars is because it provided the absolute minimum of what you would expect in a hotel and had good water pressure. Unfortunately I had to check out 5 days early of my 10 day stay and they refused in no uncertain terms to refund any of my remaining days, costing me about $300! On top of that the front desk person was quite rude, printed me an incorrect receipt then complained that I had cost her a lunch break when I asked that she print me the correct one. Oh and I forgot to mention that after booking this hotel they told me to stay on the line and transferred me to some timeshare scam agency. Absolute misery dealing with the staff and this company from start to finish.

I was really let down by this place, which sounded great in theory for my needs (I stay in Frederick for a few weeks every few months). I booked two nights online to try it out. My introduction was a dangerously icy parking lot that had not plowed after a recent snow. You had to drive over snow to park and then walk across sheets of ice with your bags to get to one of two entrances in the building. Despite being in the midst of a Covid surge (the city was at 30% positivity rate when I visited) and signs on the doors that mandated masks, I didn’t see anyone besides me wearing a mask. The building is relatively new and supposedly smoke free, but it smelled like stale smoke and weed (and everyone else’s food). It was gross. The room didn’t look clean. The pillows weren’t in place, chairs were old and dirty, I had to wipe everything down, bath towels had marks on them, a drawer was broken, there wasn’t even a bar to hold the toilet paper roll—just two rolls of loose toilet paper. The “free” internet that comes with the room took me back to ‘90s dialup. It was so slow, I couldn’t use it to do simple things like load email and download a PDF. As if I needed more reasons to never return, it was also loud. The floor and walls kept shaking incessantly because kids were running down the hallways. I could hear multiple TVs coming from other rooms, phone conversations, basically everything, and just ended up wearing earplugs for the duration of my stay. It kind of just sucked overall and felt dumpy. I would've been better off sleeping in my car.

Can I leave less than a one star review? This was absolutely the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Absolutely ZERO respect or care from the staff. Multiple promises broken over and over, simple requests for towels, toilet paper etc. they were unable to do anything for us. We were promised a 2 bed stay for two grown men (6'5" & 6'1) we had to share a twin bed for a week. No discount, hardly even an apology. This part was fine honestly, we just got over it. (even though they promised to fix it and never addressed it) But the continued problems were over the top, the hotel itself looks nice initially, but I would HIGHLY recommend to never stay here.
