As a former business owner I know how important it is to get feedback, especially when you have stellar employees providing stellar service. I was originally very impressed with our install a few years back. Today, Sam called before he arrived and arrived early for the cleaning appointment. He provided a complete discussion of what he would be doing to clean our system. He set up drop cloths and other protective gear to make sure our house remained clean. He explained things as he went along and was very communicative (very important to me). He cleaned up and left the area spotless. You have a great employee, please treat him right.

Great experience all around! We had 2 mitsubishi single zone high efficiency heat pumps installed in Apri 2022. Salesman Matt Mountain came to our home and took the time to explain everything about the systems and we felt 100 % confident in his ability to recommend the best heat pumps for our needs. Matt is very experienced and took the time to answer all of our questions. He was prompt with the quote for the job and we were able to speak to him with any other questions at any time. Thank you Matt! Angie and K2 were the installers for our heat pumps. They arrived on time and were very efficient, professional and pleasant to work with. They did a nice neat job and cleaned up afterwards. They too took all the time we needed for them to explain how to operate the pumps both manually and remotely using the Kumho cloud. These installers take great pride in what they do. So refreshing to experience that kind of customer service. Kudos to both Angie and K2. 3 awesome young folks showed up this morning on time on 4/20/22 and installed a Heat pump at my residence in Holden, Maine. They were very friendly and respectful in all aspects of the Job in communicating with us and explaining everything going on. The Job came out Awesome and we are very happy with everything.
