this location is the worst, this is the 3rd time they have messed up my order. I don't like coming to them because they be playing around, they get rude, and they never answer the phone when you have to call and tell them they mess up. I will travel out my way just to not go to them, plus they are higher than the other dunkin donuts. I asked for a bacon and egg no cheese croissant, they gave me a bacon and egg no cheese on a plain bagel. the receipt said croissant and the bag says croissant. This place is truly sad, and need to get it together. I will stick with the regular dunkin i use.

The dunkin must be getting burglarized right now since nobody is at the window, nobody at the drive thru, and the doors are locked on a Wednesday afternoon with the "Open" sign on. I'm gunna sit here and see if I spot anyone with a duffelbag walk out. 🤔 sketchy.

Today, April 16, 2022, about 4:11pm my daughter and I were in the drive thru where we were greeted by a very disrespectful employee. I believe he was the manager. He had an attitude as we were ordering. When we got up to the window to pay, he handed us the wrong food and proceeded to argue with us that that was our order. Eventually he gave us the right one. However, he did not give us our change. He then throws a dollar out of the window, and tells another employee to close the window on us and he says to get out of his drive thru.We go there almost every morning on the way to our office but after this encounter I will never spend another dime at this place.The ignorant manager on the window should be terminated and the girl that he instructed to close the window in my face should be as well.This saddens me because I have also ordered food from there for my company meetings but never again.

I sincerely urge the manager, franchise owner or whoever is in charge at this particular location to retrain their employee on customer services. At 4:39pm on 2/4/22, I drove up in the drive-through to place an order and kindly said hello. However my kind gesture was met with what seem like someone who would spit in my food if I did place my order. Immediately I was shocked with the lack of respect from the person on the other end of the speaker rudely talking to me as if I’m a child. Shell-shock in utter disbelief and confused to what’s happening. I mean all I simply said was “hello”. I most definitely did not order and kindly told that individual that I’m ok and drove back to work.
