The staff is great. The doctors at least the 2 we have had. Are slow at getting the refills taken care of. They say” Don’t stop medication it can harm you!!” We’ll what am I supposed to do as a mother when I call after call again and then call pharmacy and no med refill. Now my daughter has been off her new meds for a week. She is crying mom I just want to be happy and normal..my heart is broken. You are supposed to help us and be there for us.

I see that my long negative review of my son's therapist was deleted. My eight-year-old son was seen in the Eureka office several times. His therapists talked to me a few minutes after the first session. After that, she shooed me away. At his last visit, she was extremely rude to me, refused to let me talk to her in private. My son gets very upset when his problems are discussed in front of people. She used a very rude tone of voice in front of my son and the office staff. My own therapist had told me to talk to her about these problems. When I told her that, she said, "Good go talk to him about your parenting." Even though I had seen him that morning, I did call him. He is a licensed psychologist with over 30 years experience. He was very angry that Bryony spoke to me in such a condescending tone. He told me to tell her that He was psychology department chairman at a graduate university. He taught classes in the law and ethics with respect to therapists. He has done psychological evaluations on whether people are fit for police work, gun permits, and has been to Quantaco to determine psychological fitness for FBI and other agencies. He has been a therapist to stars in Los Angeles. My son's therapist does not hold legal right to client confidentiality for a eight year old boy. In fact, he said I could sit in on every session if I want to. I have canceled her services. My therapist also told me to report her to the State Board. I haven't decided to do that yet, but she is out of my son't life.

I'm relatively easy going about most of the irritating things about this place, like not being told my appointment was canceled after sitting in the waiting room for an hour, constant "random" drug tests, and switching between 3 different psychiatrists in 6 months. However, what I can't get past is that they cannot seem to keep my meds on a schedule. I'm constantly having to re-call in for my prescriptions and I've gone without them more than I care to. This most current time has me sitting at at least 5 days w/o them before they could possibly be called in, it may or may not happen then. I'm actively looking for a new place to seek treatment.

Extremely disappointed. We arrived at 11:30 AM for a Noon appointment and didn't get in to see the PA they referred us to until 1:30 PM. The PA told us that he couldn't help my husband in any way; nor could he offer any opinion or referrals to other clinics for the area for the specialty we needed. This was after I had 4 in-depth conversations with specialists at North American Mental Health who assured me that my husband would be able to see a psychiatrist and with a pain specialty. I had also received referrals from Dr. Andrews' office who assured us we could get the same quality care from this office as we could get from Dr. Andrews' private office – only North American Mental health would be willing to take my husband's insurance. Dr. Andrews is the doctor/owner of North American Mental Health and his office staff assured me that that they would be able to give us the same high quality of care that we could get Dr. Andrews office. We were also told before the appointment that we could see a "pain" psychologist who could possibly help my husband with his chronic pain due to having his back broken 27 years ago. The PA at North American Mental Health assured us that they had no psychologist that could help my husband with his pain or the anxiety related to his pain; so we would need to go elsewhere.

Not sure if they are sent out. I do know they do ask for urine samples.

What medication do they prescribe for opioid addiction

Depends on the person... They treat each patient differently based on that individual...
