Got a lavender pedicure when I got out of work and it was amazing! I’m sad I don’t know who did my service but she did a beautiful French tip on me and the pedicure was sooo worth it!!!

I came in on Friday, May 20, 2022 and had my red gel polish removed and chose a new color gel to take its place for an upcoming wedding. I’ve had my nails done several times here and always had great service and great results. This particular day I had someone new by the name of Helen. I realized that Helen couldn’t see very well when she began filing the tips of my fingers instead of my nails and not realizing. Half way through I knew I wasn’t going to be happy. My cuticles were not pushed back and all the red polish wasn’t removed prior to new gel polish being applied. The finished result was a messy finish and see through red and dark spots. I’ll be honest I hated to leave after paying and tipping way more than I should have, but there was such a bad language barrier I just didn’t feel like struggling to explain how horrible they looked and 2nd I didn’t have another hour to waist! Today, Monday, May 23rd I went back to the salon to ask to have them re-polished. I showed Cody the horrible job I was left with by Helen. The salon was quiet with only a few people inside. He asked me to wait for Helen and said no one else was available. I expressed I’d rather not have Helen repeat the service. He reluctantly told me to come back at 5:30 and he would redo them. No apology, no customer service at all! Why would I want to come back during my dinner time? I was already inconvenienced by having to come back this time! I would not choose to ever come back to this salon. It’s a shame because I am a loyal customer to loyal businesses!

This is the Best Nail Salon I have been to since I moved to Largo two years ago!!! Best manicures & pedicures!!! Very professional staff and the work they due is beautiful and eye catching. Lotions, massaging legs & arms, hot towels on legs, feet & arms, oil around cuticles, brushing any calluses off feet and brushing between toes makes me feel so good when I leave. They might be a little higher price than some other places, but it is worth it!!!

I have tried this place over and over. They have not been doing a good job lately, I pay a lot of money for my nails, I just want them done correctly. I tried them one more time and it was a disaster again. I want to like them so much, they are very close to my house. But they keep giving me people that dont know what they are doing. This is one week after powder dip, gel polish chipping off and 2 broken nails. They were supposed to be coffin shape. When i came in last week i had 3 broken nails from the week before.. Their service does not last. I dont mind spending a lot of money for quality product and work. I spend over $100 everytime and $200 when I took my daughter, But i wont be going back here.
