All the positive reviews are true, Katelynn is amazing and helps you with whatever you need. Maintenance team are all great, grounds always well kept, parking is never an issue, everyone that comes over compliments how nice and spacious your home is, neighbors are quiet and don’t bother you. We enjoy the resort style pool and clubhouse. Nothing bad to say, we’ve lived in several apartments and this is at the top of the list. Management definitely knows how to run an apartment complex Happy to renew our lease.

We love the staff who are professional, warm, caring, fun, personable, and overall phenomenal who are looking out for the best interests of the people & community. Gateway North is a great place to live! The apartments are very spacious. It is a gated community which makes me feel very safe. The community is pet friendly and they have a nice dog park, that my dog loves to go to! There are many great amenities. I own an electric car and there are numerous free charging stations around the community, this is a huge plus for me! I don't want to forget to mention the maintenance team. They are hands down the best maintenance group around. They respond very quickly to any requests and are personable and professional! All around, Gateway North is a great place to live!!!!
