This was my first time there. I went with my oldest son to do a little birdwatching. The paths are paved and the place was very clean and well maintained. We saw several interesting species as well as the usual suspects. It is a quiet, serene place go take a long walk. Just make sure that you follow all of the posted rules.

Benches, no tables
Thank you for your inquiry. Although bicycling in general is not allowed on the Lema Ranch trails, we would absolutely welcome your supervised three year old on their tricycle or bicycle
In an effort to protect the aquatic area and surrounding habitat, and for safety reasons, we do not allow fishing. Fortunately we live in an area with many nearby lakes and rivers that do.
Our 4 legged friends are welcome on the adjacent Churn Creek trails. These are 4 miles of "on-leash" trails that wind through another 180 acres and are partially unpaved.
