Samantha has a great spa. She is a great waxer and communicator. Hannah provided a great deep tissue massage. Highly recommend both of these ladies. I will be returning. Recently I saw Kiley for a service. She was professional, friendly, and had great attention to detail. She asked questions to understand exactly what I wanted. She did a great job.

Samantha at absolute skin care and spa is AMAZING. She is patient and accommodating, always goes the extra mile to make sure your comfortable and taken care of.She also works very well with a busy schedule.The atmosphere from when you walk is is very calming and comfortable. She explains everything she does and makes sure to answer any and all questions you may have. Samantha goes the extra mile and makes the experience amazing! I went for an acne consultation, she had a whole different approach on clearing acne, working from the inside out not just trying to push you to by her products. We sat down and went through all of my products telling me what ingredients can cause acne and the ones that don’t. She told me I can finish up old products so I don’t waist money and recommend drug store products and professional products I could try. She also does my lashes, she asks me what I am looking for and we brainstorm together to come up with the best lash pattern to fit my eyes. I couldn’t recommend the company( especially Samantha) enough, if you book you will not regret it!

I have never been to this business in person - only ordered online so this review is based on online service. I cannot speak to her in person services. On Monday, April 11th I placed an order from Absolut Skin Care and Spa. Their shipping policy states: "I ship USPS on all of our orders. Standard shipping takes 2 to 3 business days from 12 noon PST on the date your order is entered into our system. Please note that order processing takes place from Monday through Friday. In-stock orders are shipped within 24 hours." Given this timeline the order should have shipped out latest Thursday, April , 14th. After not hearing anything all week, on Monday, April 18th (a week after the order was placed) I emailed 2x inquiring about my order and requesting a cancellation. After I requested the cancellation I received a blunt email from the owner: "This order was already shipped out." To which she was referring that she shipped it out on (Tues, 04/19) after receiving my cancellation request. She was not helpful, did not follow her own polices, refused to cancel my order, and acted like she did not see my previous two emails even though she responded directly to them. I am not happy with the business service OR the customer service and would NOT recommend ordering online through them. I placed the order Monday 4/11 at 10:16pm By Monday 4/18 I had received NO communication and NO confirmation of shipping. On 4/18 at 9:46pm I requested a cancellation. On 4/19 at 8:46pm the owner responded with: “This order was already shipped out” The shipment confirmation was sent to me on Tuesday 4/19 at 12:36pm - after I requested a cancellation.

I just had my facial the other night with Sam and let me tell you, it was the best facial I’ve ever had!! Walking into the spa I instantly felt comfortable and relaxed, the space was beautiful and very clean. Sam was so sweet and fun to talk to, she sat with me and took the time to talk about my skin, concerns, and regimen. The products she uses are great quality and the facial was top notch! She really knows what she’s talking about and is looking for what is going to give you the best results. Times are stressful, treat yourself and go see Sam and get your skin on point. :)
