Would leave 0 stars if possible. Terribly ghetto location. Employees act hateful, ALL of them. They can't be bothered when you ask for something or even order. You're in their way being there. The bathroom was scary. Very dimly lit. Like scary movie status. The whole toilet seat was a brown color. It felt haunted too like someone was hiding with a knife in the corner. Weird feeling. Walked right back out of the bathroom and didn't use it. The highchairs were disgusting like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Many tables were dirty, just staying that way, while employees had their backs turned to the counter gossiping with personal conversations the whole meal. The popcorn chicken tasted dry and not fresh like it had been sitting or was microwaved. Wouldn't come here again unless I really need food and it was the only place open. But I doubt it. My needs aren't that bad.

Well what can I say it's KFC. Chicken is always good anytime of the day. When you come to this establishment especially the drive-thru you would have to make sure your order is correct. It does not matter what your server handing your order says just make sure it's there. Just remember most the workers there are probably new hires and possibly their first job ever so let's give them a break. With that said I give them four stars out of five only because.

Had the worst experience ever at this KFC location. I ordered on their app, went to p/u but not ready. Asked to wait 20 mins, I'm irritated but I wait. After 25 mins I go inside to get my food, I'm told it will be an additional 15 - 20 mins because they gave all the chicken away to drive through customers. I then ask for a refund of my order that totalled over $80. The manager says he can't refund my money, I need to go through the app. I've had a couple of other issues in the past with missing food items but this was the worst-case yet with this specific location.

I love KFC but this was the driest KFC chicken I have EVER had!! I got my order about 6 p.m. and this chicken tasted like it had been sitting for hours! Every bone in the wing was also broken and slivered! I've had Much better chicken from Stater Brothers Deli!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS LOCATION!!
