Shannon was professional. She took me in even though there was 15 min left. I had a hard time finding the parking since I’m not from Seattle. She was very helpful in everything I was asking and I was asking a lot! She found a great wallet on chain for my mother in law. And some great stuff for my boyfriend. Another gentlemen with glasses was also extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. Shannon gracefully and professionally managed an incident with a customer upset about the COVID regulations during our visit. Will be visiting again soon for that Dionysus!

I purchased a pair of sandals online and they didn’t fit so I figured I would return them at the Bellevue store. The store did t open until 12pm and I arrived a few minutes early and waited outside...they opened the door and I was told I need to wait longer until they set up after 12pm. I had to asked to come inside because it was raining and cold... once I was in the store with my shoes complete in tack with all the information included Shannon told me I had to have the email receipt in order to return the shoes in the store. I explained that I don’t have that email on my phone but I could show her the credit card charge. She eventually did the return but she kept repeating “I’m gonna do this for you one time and one time only”like she was doing me a favor... once we got to the register and she started proceeding with the the return. I was asked for identification that match my credit card. The moral of the story is it was poor customer service and I was made to feel like I was doing something wrong by returning a pair of shoes that I purchased. I’ve purchased items from this store before and had great experiences but Shannon didn’t offer the same type of experience this time!!!

I hate shopping and honestly just wanted to get in and out. Made an an appointment online and was contacted by Matthew. He was very helpful and understood I didn't want to be there long. Got a gift for my fiance and am very happy with the experience.
