Every time I come into the shop, Todd is there with a friendly smile to welcome me. He always seems to "fit me in" on the schedule and the team gets the job done. I appreciate that I'm told what needs to be fixed immediately and what can potentially wait in case I need to budget for the repairs. He was honest with me, which I appreciate, and he did not pressure me into anything unnecessary.
