Cute health food store with lots of choices and good prices. The staff are friendly and there is a varied selection especially considering that the store isn't very big. They also have a nice bulk foods section which is really great.

ancient grains hot cereal has all organic ingredients. It contains rolled & quick oats, rye, kamut, spelt, rice cereal, Maine grown wheat cereal and quinoa.
