Every time I come here I am always greeted with the friendliest people, not just the wait staff, but everyone I come in contact with, including other customers. The food is always top notch, better than I would have prepared at home myself. Had one small problem one time, but told my server and that problem has never repeated itself. This has now become a regular weekly stop for me and will continue to be.

Service was quick and our waitress was friendly and fast as well. The place overall was clean. Not very busy when we were there so we didn’t wait long for anything. I thought it was a whole in the wall joint. It wasn’t. No big deal. I feel it was all overpriced and not worth what the bill was.

While I know very well what it is like to be short staffed, business booming, and not seeing a light at the end of the tunnel anywhere insight, I will not now or ever condone the customer service I experienced. I know I’m a tough crowd to impress with standards far above the normal, but this was inexcusably the worst experience. I will just add that kind words, an apologetic/sympathetic attitude, and a smiling face go a long way. It’s Christmas. I placed an order online that quoted 16 minutes i arrived 18 past promised time. I stood within 18 inches of 1 and 3 feet of 4 to 5 other employees for over 6 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence. If I hadn’t paid online I’d be out the door by now. Finally over 6 minutes into my visit I’m acknowledged and helped she said sorry once and went on. They found my food about 7 more minutes later. I specifically asked for untensils napkins and such things I know are expensive that’s why you request and not expect them. I finally get home $50 down the drain and I’m excited to surprise my family which I never spend time with, with Christmas breaks fast. Well this starts next issue one meal was half eaten with 2 sausage Pattie’s so burnt and dried out my dog ran from them, fries undercooked no seasoning, waffles half the normal size, and a burger,thank goodness was ordered for dog, that again he said no thank you, that was so raw I took pictures…. Then comes 2 untensil packs for 5 meals, no napkins, no butter and 2 syrup for 3 meals. To think I stopped Just to get cash for a tip as google pay didn’t list option I could see. Big disappointment and let down. We would have been better off with the charbroiled burgers from circle k
