Love this place! Easily my favorite dispensary for price, staff, and quality of product. I visit them regularly for a patient I care for and they were very knowledgeable when I was seeking to purchase a CBD pen for my own chronic pain.

My bf and I stopped in over the weekend, and the ladies there were so great! By far the best atmosphere of any dispensary I've ever been to. Prices were great too. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been going to Wellness Connection for a couple of years and couldn’t be happier with this store. Everyone is always so helpful, kind and incredibly nice. I always find myself with a smile in the store because of the friendly environment. Cheyenne specifically always goes above and beyond by remembering my name and even my regular strain! The same is true of all of the employees that have been there for a while. Any time I see a new face they are always quick to learn my name and usual order too! Thank you guys for always being consistent and keeping this chronically ill lady properly medicated! 💚

Consistency in strains and customer service are the two reasons Wellness remains one of my go to places for medicine and other cannabis related products. Their Skywalker strain, selection of Schoppee Farms products (Local/Organic), Keef Cannabis Infused Sodas, chocolate bars and their High Hemp Organic Wraps with CBD are a few of my favorites! I have experienced being given wrong strain once and also have seen dryer buds once (both situations were rectified by manager immediately but I also brought to their attention, immediately). You need your valid ID or License (21+) and bring your Medical Card for a discount (its same price as when was it was medical only). They have specials on certain days and have a point system that can help you save! Budtender Cheyanne assisted me with my purchase today and has many times. She was fantastic as always! The entire staff in Portland is awesome. Come prepared. Some people take their time to have strains described to them and or to choose so be patient and or call ahead to place order to be ready. No bathroom for customer/patient use.

Or instead of being passive aggressive just update your site. I bet many of us are not Maine residents and have pretty much zero interest in digging into it. It easier to just make sure you dont show up when people search for rec. Maine is rec now, and has been since I made the post 2 years ago. That's why this whole thing started. @ilianis if you would take your own advice a and read this thread you'd see that people are asking if they sell rec because Maine allows it. You can't ask out of state people to research all the politics behind WHY it's rec but no stores are able to vend
Good Afternoon Grant Kendrick, Although the State of Maine voters approved recreational cannabis, the State has yet to develop rules and regulations to govern dispensing. We hope these laws get developed and approved soon. As of now, we operate under Maine's Medical Cannabis Program. Be well, Your Wellness Connection
No
Good Afternoon Carrie, Like Sheila stated, you do not need an appointment to come. There is on-site medical providers who offer certifications if needed. You can check out when that is available on our website's calendar at: https://mainewellness.org/calendar/ No appointment is necessary. No medical card is needed for access or for the purchase of pure CBD products. Unless you are a certified medical marijuana patient, you must be 21+. —Be well, Your Wellness Connection Please follow us on our social media: IG: @maine.wellness | FB: https://www.facebook.com/wcmaine/ | Twitter: mainewellness | YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/MainewellnessOrg
Good Afternoon Tee, Although voters in the State of Maine approved recreational cannabis in November 2016, the State has yet to develop rules and regulations to govern dispensing. There is no legal avenue to purchase cannabis unless you are a qualified medical patient. We hope to see some changes soon. —Be well, Your Wellness Connection Please follow us on our social media: IG: @maine.wellness | FB: https://www.facebook.com/wcmaine/ | Twitter: mainewellness | YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/MainewellnessOrg

Hi Ruth, we are still waiting on our shatter and diamonds from a local producer, which I was expecting to see this week, so I am hoping for the beginning of next week. We do have the Dabaratus, which has a full gram of distillate, but that is our only dab item at the moment.
there is still only medical cannabis in Maine. Rec is legal in Maine but all the places require medical certs to obtain medical cannabis. they sell a great variety of CBD products to the public
Good Afternoon D. Renaud, Thank you for your inquiry. The state of Maine is still developing the adult use laws for rec. and we hope to see this finalized in the near future. Currently, we operate under the Maine Medical Marijuana Program. You will need a Maine Certification and a State Driver's License or ID to make purchases of THC products. If you are seeking CBD Only products, that will require a State Driver's License or ID. Like Rachel mentioned, we do have onsite doctors at each of our locations who can help. The schedule for when these doctors will be on site can be found directly on our website: https://mainewellness.org/calendar/ Please let us know if you have any other questions. —Be well, Your Wellness Connection
Wellness Connection Maine (WCM) has a full line of great medicinal products. I love their flowers however they have edibles, tinctures, topical salves, as well as a good selection of CBD products. Staff very friendly and helpful. Also, if you need to get a medical certification they have a Dr. on site
Good Afternoon Pamela, Thank you for your inquiry. At this time, we do not offer any delivery services. If anyone struggles with making the trip into the dispensary, we can get them set up for caretaker pickups. Please call us at (855) 848-6740 for more info on that. We do not accept credit cards but we do have a digital solution. We accept digital payments on the CanPay application. Hi Kyle-- We responded to your review and wanted to give a response here as well. We apologize that we were unable to serve you on Saturday when you arrived and that no signage was posted as we were closed for our annual staff appreciation event. With all closures, we aim to cause minimal impact on regularly scheduled hours to be able to serve all patrons. We try our best to keep in touch with our members, offering Facebook, Text and E-mail alerts in addition to in-store signage that communicates closures and other important information. We hope you are signed up for one of these options, and if not we are happy to set it up for you. Additionally, we are looking into improving our pre-order platform to alert users of any closures moving forward. We are always looking for ways to improve, and we appreciate your feedback to help identify these areas. We will have our marketing department get directly in touch with you via email. —Be well, Your Wellness Connection
They sent a text message stating they were closing at 5pm today
Good Morning Jennifer, We wanted to take some time to give you an update to Maine's Medical Marijuana Program Laws for out-of-state patients. Photographic identification: The visitor shall possess a valid photographic identification card or driver’s license issued by the visitor’s home-jurisdiction. https://mainewellness.org/blog/2018/10/15/if-i-have-an-out-of-state-medical-card-can-i-buy-marijuana-weed-in-maine/
Good Afternoon MaineMan Dan, This is a great question. As of now, January 2019, there is no legal avenue to purchase cannabis in Maine unless you are a qualified medical patient. Only Medical marijuana at Wellness Connection. Recreational is still not legal in Maine.
Yes it is, but you do need a Maine visitors pass from your Dr. I have a NH card and I use the Maine dispensaries all the time, half the price of NH dispensaries
Not yet. You have to have a Medical card from Maine still and ID
To goto a medical doctor who prescribes thc. Obtain a prescription. Call Wellness. They have times to go in and intake. Bring your des card and script card with your id. Double check via phone with Wellness on the out of state id. Theres a handfull of Drs within 45 min travel. A few within 20 min but they cost more. All can be easily googled and the process is pretty easy. Even with travel issues or financial constraints. However, on weedmaps if you try txting or calling. Some delivery services will provide cannabis for donations for packaging.
Depends what doc. Anywhere from 75-225$

Good Afternoon Stormie, WeedMaps is a great tool to use for accessing cannabis, especially when traveling in a new territory. The platform offers different deals and more specific to your location. Could be worthwhile if you find yourself on vacation etc. —Be well, Your Wellness Connection
Thanks appriciate it
They give you ten cent per dollar , ten cent per empty bag and 75$ reimbursement on recerts and more
Good Afternoon Robinson, Thank you for your question. At this time, we operate under Maine's Medical Cannabis Program and a valid Maine Marijuana Certification is needed. After recent media that was published, it appears recreational cannabis dispensing will start next year in 2019. —Be well, Your Wellness Connection
Good Afternoon Craig, Thank you for sending us this question. Unfortunately, we cannot accept international medical cannabis patients. —Be well, Your Wellness Connection
No. You need to have your licence
No
It can help with both of those. Its great for titrating (dosing) as needed during the day or at night. CBD will also be great for both symptoms you mentioned and will not cause any psychoactive efects.
Medical only. Recreational won't open until 2018.
Only if you're a ME resident. If you are not a ME resident, you do not need to give up your designation card, but you will need your original Dr. to complete a Qualifying Patient form.
You get your Illinois doctor to call the ME DHHS to get the visiting qualifying patient form. Bring it with you and call them to make an appointment.
No, you can't. But you can pay by the canpay app,
