I accidentally threw away my physical license and had no idea how to get a new one without visiting the branch. I was wondering if it was possible to call so I didn’t have to pay a physical visit. Called Oak Ridge and yelled at over the phone by an angry employee who was “trying to do two things at once” and didn’t have time for me. Next, I called Rockwood and Sonya picked up. She was extremely kind and took my information without rushing me. After then took the time to email the national office and told me she would call my phone when she heard back. Several hours later, she left a nice voicemail and said my new physical license would arrive in 10-14 business days. Sonya is the best DMV employee I have ever interacted with and made my experience calling this DMV superb in every way.

By far the worst DMV. Employees are rude, disrespectful, and barely knowledgeable. The lady at the desk couldn't even tell me the last time TN driving laws were updated.

Best DMV. Great Staff and very helpful, unlike the Maryville DMV its normally very dead here and not a long wait.
