I’ve lived here for nearly a year and love it! The management has always been prompt when concerns were brought to their attention. They have always been understanding when life has happened and I was going to be late on rent. I would recommend this complex to anyone. I love that they care about the grounds and always keep things looking nice and consistent. Monthly pest control assured me that I won’t have any worries about unwanted visitors, and I don’t. I hope to continue living here for as long as I’m allowed!

I’ve lived here for 3 yrs & I don’t ever want to leave. It’s hard to find staff like the ppl that run Heritage. Always clean. the manager really cares and has helped my mom to apply too! I am proud to have company over because they always say it’s so nice here. So close to Walmart & McDonalds is a big plus too

Please call the office to be added to the list. Include your name, contact info and which size unit you are interested in. ( 2BR or 3 ) The wait list for my 1BR units has been closed due to the 1-2 yr wait list. Applications are in the office and only distributed when we have an opening. Currently the property has no vacant units, but I anticipate a few opening up within the next several months Thank you for your interest Love & Light!

We only extend applications for a 12 month term at this time.
We do accept one animal per household. Max weight 25lbs Max height 25 in ground to shoulder. Puppies that will become large dogs will not be approved. One time non-refundable fee of $300 in addition to current shot records & picture of animal for file. Management must meet the animal and approve prior to move in.
