They charged my mom for an extra drink when we only got 2 drinks. Workers was all walking around on their phones except the only one cooking. They was hatefull and we will never go back again.

I was there a couple of months ago and got the thigh and drum meal. The drum looked like a piece of a wing and the thigh must've been from a baby chicken. I went back today 4-24, and got home with two pieces of chicken that looked and tasted like they were cooked yesterday. Grease dripping off of soggy coating. I won't be back. Ya'll need to make some major improvements.

Went here on a Sunday night..was looking forward to it,my fiance was out of town...burnt to a crisp..called twice no answer..called next day twice..asked for mgr.the woman I spoke with talked so fast wouldn't even listen..said they were short on help and would be today also..thing was I was the only person there!..My dogs didn't want to even eat it!!..No one wants to work anymore was the excuse!

The restaurant was recently remodeled and is very clean. the buffet looked outstanding but I didn't choose to do that since I was ordering carry-out. the lady at the cash register was very friendly and very concerned that I had to stand there and wait for 5 minutes for my freshly cooked chicken. It wasn't a big deal I know that chicken can't instantly be created. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken and it was delicious and it is good and spicy like I like it. it was very busy in the Drive-Thru but the inside dining area was not that busy it would be a pleasant experience to eat in. they have wheelchair accessibility I'm not sure about high chairs but they do have a nice seating area. Once in a while you just want some KFC.
