I know ABSOLUTELY nothing about cars😅 I went to the winchester location and the two guys were working together to try there best to figure out what was wrong with my car. They are very intelligent and knowledgeable. I went to get power steering fluid but they realized that isn't what I needed. They could have sent me on my way but instead,they solved my car problem. I'm very appreciative!!

Well this was my first visit to this o'reilly's (winchester store). I took a battery to be checked. The young women working said she didn't know how to check the battery. The two guys acted like they didn't care untill I insisted it be checked before I bought a new one. It took probably 20 min before they actually checked it. I understand working with the public sometimes can be stressful. There was myself and another customer. So they couldn't have been overwhelmed. Untill the lady I was with said who she is related to then after hearing his name that sure purked up. I only shop at o'reilly's. The fayetteville branch in my book best cust. Serv. Great employees. The store manager knows what he's talking about. The winchester store sure could use some of fayetteville cust. Serv skills.
