1st time I came to this location around 5:00pm they were short staff so they reject my order they were only serving door dash at that moment. Second time I decided to stop around 10:30 no cash only debit card no big deal, but they were short staff again so I needed to wait 10 mins for my order and I was the only person in line. 3rd time tonight they turned me away because they are short staff again, so only door dash or online orders. When once again I’m the only person on the drive-thru how long does it take to take one order? Thank God they just open a new arbys around the area. I hope the owner is aware of how the employees keep turning customer away.

My boyfriend and I aren’t from the area & we were in town, we previously went to taco bell up the road and our food tastes like cleaning supplies! So we went down to this rally which was only taking online & door dash, so we pulled off and did an order! Everyone going through was being so rude, we wait about 10 minutes total & one employee was going from car to car being so nice, the manager of the store doubled our order due to us being so nice, to his employee & and himself! I have never seen an establishment managed like this. This was by far the best fast food service we have received in a long time, even consider the short staffing it was incredible our food was completely fresh and hot as well!! Sadly didn’t get either of these guys names but huge thanks to them!!

Oh my God that food was delicious, me and my wife had Nikki hope I spelled it right. She took our order with a smile and she was happy. Joe also was great being there for us. We will return soon as possible.
