Went in looking for a replacement pair of Merrills today. Was so thankful they carried my favorite brand. The downsides were twofoldl; They only had one model of Merrills located at the back of the stores basement. Of the 3 staff I saw, no one came down to the basement to help me locate the shoes I really wanted. In the end I was thankful to find an acceptable shoe replacement. 3 star store. Got the job done but missed the opportunity to help out a customer to earn return business.

Nice boots- sturdy support for the ankles while looking fresh. Also mud boots - so cute and in many patterns. I actually hung around abit and really tried on a great pair of Baretraps. Nice - Aphrodite style!

Super Shoes is loaded with every type of shoes, boot, sneaker, sandal, slippers and more----anything you could want---plenty of inventory, plenty to choose from. Also, plenty of parking. Great place to shop.

Wow, what incredible customer service. We had 4 kids and 2 tired parents and needed to do a quick shoe upgrade on an already long shopping trip. The folks here jumped at the chance to help each of us get exactly what we needed with tremendous patience and smiles on their faces. This is the best Shoe Store in the North East!

Low to moderate. I wanted some boots there but they didn't have my size so they did ordered the size I needed.They were delivered to my door.
