We booked 2 rooms. Upon check-in, one of the rooms smelled like smoke. We were able to get a different room, however, that room had an air conditioner that really didn’t work. The other room appeared fine, so we brought everything in, and then left to find some dinner. Upon returning to the hotel, the room that “appeared” to be fine, reeked of pot, and no amount of Febreze helped. We are supposed to receive a refund in 3-5 days, and the manager is supposed to call us on Monday. Booked rooms at a the hotel across the street……100 times nicer and cleaner.

Lobby smelled. Our door to our room was damaged and fixed half hazardly so the key didn't always work. Biggest disappointment was the so called hot breakfast. Not hot they had toast coffee, milk and cereal. The picture on the website showed a waffle maker and other hot food options. none of it was available that is the only reason we booked this place. Also the laundry was broken so unavailable.

Keep in mind we appreciate the price for the length of time that we stayed and the area it put us in for our stay. (Close to tournament location and family). Bathroom - we could not get the plug to work in the tub in order to bath the boys. Called front desk, a maid came and looked at it and couldn't get it to work either. We pulled out a very large ball of hair from the drain opening in the process. The toilet seat needed to be replaced. Our refrigerator freezer needed to be defrosted. It was practically full of ice. Our office chair had seen better days. When doing our laundry it took all day to dry 4 loads ..Spoke to the General Manager about this and he refunded $3. When checking out we brought all of this up again to the General Manager and he asked why we didn't say anything before our check out. Needless to say we won't be staying again.

Positive: the pool and hottub were very nice and well kept. Would probably book again just for that. the staff was also extremely friendly on check in and check out. Negative: walking down the halls a lot of the rooms smelled really strongly like smoke and made the entire hallway smell like smoke. I was a little underwhelmed by the breakfast options however and would have liked more hot items.
