I haven't had Whataburger in years!! I was down in Dallas for work and found one next to a truck stop I had parked and and just could not resist. Delicious as always!!! And their service was top notch. I had never seen this before but they had folks walking around with a tray full of condiments making sure everyone had everything they needed.

Fast food can be hit or miss sometimes, whataburger is no exception. An item was left off my burger, not the end of the world and was just going to let it slide. The manager was making rounds asking how our order was and I told her but I said it was no big deal. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. We left happy and ready to come back.

I should have looked at the reviews first. Coming here makes me want to NEVER go to another Whataburger again! It appeared that the cashier was high after attempting my order. My order was wrong and that upsets me more. I was charged extra for bacon and my fries were so cold. Not to mention my old tomatoes and my old fried spicy chicken. Order 51, 4:08 pm. Someone is dropping the ball and you can’t blame it on the workers but on management. It is always management’s fault. Do you not care what people think of this place? Look at the reviews! It’s embarrassing.

Hamburger was cold with yellowish green looking tomatoes on it. Husband ordered 9 piece nugget meal and only received 5 with rubbery French fries. My milkshake was good however.
