Our normal breakfast place was packed. We decided to try the Huddle House. Took awhile, but we finally got some coffee. Server was nice enough. She was working her butt off. Only her and one cook. Food was okay. Met a nice truck driver.

Waiting 45 minutes after ordering food. 4 other tables with people. After 30 minutes of waiting asked the waitress about the long wait, she snapped and said her and the cook are the only ones working. She said management wouldn't get a replacement for the order system. My order of grits was Hard/Lumpy and cold. (She did take it off the ticket) My husband's food was hot at least. For only having 4 tables to wait on, she certainly was slow, we waited 10+ minutes just to order and another 6-8 minutes to get our drinks. Total time was over 51 minutes. WON'T be stopping there again. When I asked her about the wait time and as truck drivers it's eating into our drive time, again she stated "it's just the cook and I working "... Again, We Won't be going back. Poor management/service and decent food.

Great food, good atmosphere, and very sweet and sassy boss lady🤩 No matter what time of the day I come in here, this sweet woman is always working by herself, she deserves your support, so come in and eat her awesome food.

Nice place 👌I'm greatful for the Service dew to short staffing. A few customers interested restaurant. I totally understand it's tough to serve everyone when we the customers are sitting all in different places. I just want to say thank for your Courtesy And your politeness. In Servicing me . I sometimes we just need a little Patience And some understanding Everybody wants things in a hurry What is just understandable Sometimes we gotta look at other situations not only be concerned with ourselves. I with the manager He ask if my pattie melt with tots was ok. I said yes it was good 👍. Had some coffee ☕😋I kindly ask for creamer and some honey 🍯. I like to put honey in my coffee ☕😘. So he went to Bring it over to the table. I think the staff did there best to serve in the best possible why. So I give they 5 🌟. I enjoyed the visit thanks 😊.
