Felt rushed and I had to yelled at the person on the speaker to let him know I was not done with my order. I was very dissapointed because it was a big order and is always hard to place when you have so many people ordering through the drive thru. However, I appreciate his apologies once I arrived at the window and him saying he tried for my order to be correct. This man double tripled checked and made sure my order was correct and that really amazed me and made me feel appreciated as a customer. He is the reason why im giving them 5 stars. I wish I knew his name to thank him for being awesome.

I called ten minutes before arrival and ordered 20 breakfast sandwiches and sides. No hassle or excuses just “We’ll see you at the window!” Love Whataburger!!!

Great food, but they're always struggling to keep up with demand. I feel sorry for the overwhelmed employees. The customers take their frustration out on them, and the geniuses who run the place can't be bothered to either hire more people or set expectations right on mobile orders.

Waited too long for fast food. About 15 to 20 minutes and no food. Ticket time stamp 6:37 went to Braum's at 7. Others that ordered before us were still waiting for their food. The restaurant had less than 12 customers inside during our visit. All of the food was going to the drive-thru window. Didn't bother to get a refund because the registers (3) were not staffed. We went to Braum's. They had about 20 customers inside yet the burgers came out in less than 5 minutes, hot and delicious. I feel like Whatabuger could take a lesson from Braum's on customer service. Disapointed.
