We went with a big group on Sunday and had separate orders I had the tacos, the waitress barely came to check on our table. When we finally got our food the beef was super salty and poor service. We got our check signed gave the tip. When we looked at our bank statement they charged me more and gave themselves more of a tip than we gave. He told me it was an error and to come get the balance it didn't sound right and seemed so shady when I asked to speak with GM he said he was him but the way he handled it was unprofessional and tacky, I spoke with him in spanish to make sure we communicated correctly . The worst way to handle the situation was horrible and sketchy.

I’ve had a lot of food from here now and everything I’ve had has been very good with the exception of the nachos. The tortilla soup is absolutely amazing. PARILLADA TRADICIONAL fajitas are so good. I’ll be keeping this review at three stars until they give you more than 8 chips in an order of nachos. That is just ridiculous. Old review: Five of us placed Separate orders for nachos to go @ $13 a pop. When we received the order it only came with 8 chips. each order was exactly the same. The nachos were soggy. We used Uber Eats to deliver. When we called to complain, the folks at Villa Grande refused to take ownership of the issue and blamed Uber Eats. there were other things that were Uber eats fault but I’m leaving them out of this review. It wasn't Uber Eats who only gave us 8 nacho chips per order. Anyway, you've lost 5 local area customers Villa Grande.

Stopped at Villa Grande in Crossroads for lunch while I was out running errands. Decor: I liked the artwork inside, and really liked the hanging light feature, how cool is that?! It was pretty dim, some of the items hanging in the wall looked pretty dusty which was slightly worrisome. It took a really long time for them to stop by to take my order. I got the enchilada and taco lunch special, was tasty. Took a long time for server to pick up dirty plates and bring check. So I would rate the experience as 3 out 5 ⭐.

The food was amazing! Service was awesome.. only thing I would suggest is a new salsa recipe it wasn't good at all. Will return for sure! Try it for yourself I'm sure you'll love this place and the atmosphere.
