Lack of appointments, lack of response, no reply to multiple emails, calls, voice mails, & text messages. THE WORST experience for a place that is supposed to cause relaxation. Not to mention horrible sterile ambiance that feels like a medical center.

Terrible communication. No one went over the cancellation fee and charged 50% to reschedule for over a month later. Rachel the manager is rude and awful. All the front desk staff have nasty attitudes. Switching to massage elements. Strongly recommend you do not waste your time or money here. They start appointments late then cut you off early. Worst decision I ever made coming to this location.

I called to check on my appointment for this week and got a message that they were closed indefinitely. This of course concerned me making me wonder what is going on, are they going out of business? I called around to another Massage Envy and got a message that they were also closed but this on gave the reason why that it is due to the air quality. That is fine but I feel this location (Clackamas) does not do a good job communicating with there customers. During the start of COVID I feel we should have got an email, letter or phone call to let us make a decision to keep paying the monthly fee or to suspend it. They just kept taking our money without even knowing when we would get our massages. My massages are great the cleanliness is great. The staff turn over is very bad there. They also took away the water container even before COVID it was broken. They use to tell you how important it was to drink water and bring it to you and I understand that COVID is the reason for this but now they don't even tell you to make sure to drink plenty of water after your massage. It is like COVID is an excuse to have bad customer service now.
