The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional with her attitude. My mom had an appointment for her procedure and I was supposed to translate to her but we got surprised at the door the was an interpreter which is not a problem I definitely appreciate the help. But the receptionist is very unprofessional while i was talking to her she turned her back as if no one is taking to her plus pointing with her finger unbelievable.
