Love this place! Great value. $20 and got all the extra dirt and hair off Jack before he goes from country to city living. The young lady who works there is wonderful and clearly loves her job. The facility was super clean and well stocked. We bought a treat - of course - and my super shiny, fluffy, smell good Lab is presentable again. I WISH YOU MUCH SUCCESS !

I went to this store to purchase a nice leash and no-pull harness for my dog. The instant I entered, a woman helping another customer check out at the register asked if I had a mask. I politely said I didn't wish to wear a mask, so she asked me to leave and offered up a smug retort. I heartily recommend Ace Hardware for pet supplies. You can shop without being smugged at, and they have a huge selection.

had the most lovely human help me today after coming over snoqualmie pass to bring my two not very happy cats to my boyfriends house. every single question i had was answered and every worry i had was validated and comforted. i could not be more appreciative of this place or the wonderful person (whose name i anxiously forgot to ask) for helping me. and after swapping cat photos and voicing my concern for my very unhappy and anxious cats, i was given a bracelet off this wonderful persons wrist saying “you’re a great cat mom and a great person have this”. i wish i knew their name so i could properly thank them. my whole year was made by the love and patience and acceptance i experienced at this shop today. thank you so much for loving our pets as much as we do🤍

Good morning; all customers to PPM are required to wear masks. As are our employees. We provide hand sanitizer and free masks if required and regularly disinfect all customer and employee contact surfaces. Floors are paw printed with 6’ social distance markers. Our Self Wash is limited to 2 baths only (2/3rd of its approved capacity). With Bath customers currently only able to use these facilities by (phone or email or on-line) reservation only. We also temperature check and record employees temps daily at the start of their shifts. Thank you for your support of PPM.
Hi Ruby. We are a Self Wash! We do provide hydraulic grooming tables, brushes, nail clippers etc however, pet owners do their own grooming/washing. Cost is between $12 and $18 depending upon your pups size
