We rented 3 spaces from the Mesquite store and at first the rent was reasonable but then as time went they have continued to raise the rent for an outdated rusty storage space that is just a small 10x10 and (2) 10x15 for an outrageous amount of $524.00 a month!! If we had any other place to store our stuff we gladly would but sense we’re seniors it is very difficult to move at this time. I could understand if they offered some amenities but the doors are rusty and don’t stay up and they’re not climate control so it’s just a storage unit for an out roam amount of money!! In 1 year they’ve raised the rent 3 times and like everyone else they blame Covid. I believe they’re just trying to recoup all there losses by sticking it to people STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND A FORTUNE

Went into the store to see about getting a storage there and the lady who helped me was very sweet & patient with me. Even though they didn’t have what I was looking for she looked on the computer trying to find another location for me. Even though she couldn’t find anything she offered to put me on a wait list & gave me their pamphlet & showed me where to go online. She was very helpful & I appreciate her kindness. If I don’t find what I need I will definitely call to be Andes to wait list.

Avoid this place and CHECK your BELONGINGS for MOLD! Poor customer service and poor climate control units. My $1,300+ sofa and love seat got mold on them while inside unit H-63. They were only in the unit for 5 months. I've visited my unit several times the past few weeks and noticed the A/C was down or off because it was hot inside (Climate controlled huh?!). I would suggest anyone that has furniture in the section I highlighted in the picture I'm providing to check their belongings, because more than likely it has mold! Manager had no sympathy! I requested a refund of service because I have no shadow of a doubt, it's because of this storage unit, for the cause of the mold on my couches! Manager said "He couldn't do anything about it!" POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Now I have to get my lawyers involved. I'll be sending the store manager and LifeStorage corporate a letter requesting a refund of service, since in the rental agreement states: OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIBALE TO CUSTOMER AND/OR CUSTOMER'S GUESTS FOR, AND CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY RELEASES OWNER FROM, ANY LOSSES, CLAIMS, SUITS, AND/OR DAMAGES OR RIGHT OF SUBROGATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE CAUSED BY FIRE, THEFT, BURGLARY, WATER, RAIN STOMRS, TORNADO, EXPLOSION, RIOT, RODENTS, CIVIL DISTURBANCES, GOVERNMENT ACTION, INSECTS, MILDEW, MOLD, BLACK MOLD, DUST, SONIC BOOM, VEHICLES, UNLAWFUL ENTRY OR ANY OTHER CAUSE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER PROPERTY IS STORED IN AND ENCLOSED OR OPEN STORAGE SPACE, NOR SHALL OWNER BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER AND/OR CUSTOMER'S GUESTS FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE SUSTAINED BY CUSTOMER AND/OR CUSTOMER'S GUESTS WHILE ON OR ABOUT OWNER'S PREMISES. Pretty much, my couches are a loss! I'll keep you posted with the process because this place is no bueno! Check out some pictures I took of my couches. I'm very unhappy! I'm an unsatisfied customer!
