NP. Chikezie Dike is the rudest healthcare provider I’ve ever met. He gave no appropriate explanation. I had to pay and I left without understanding about my situation. Not recommend seeing him.

"Patient advised to please return after 12pm Thursday or before 12pm on Friday to finish read test." Exact words from my Visit summary and when I showed up I was told there would be a 2.5 hour wait. This wait time would interfere with the 72 hour limit. I was told I would then have to redo the test and pay again! The NP, Amanvir Dhanoa, was quite rude & condescending. She said, "You should have came back earlier, thats why I splattered follow up information on you on the visit summary for you." Kimesha, the MinuteClinic check-in employee was extremely helpful and got me an appointment in another close by Minute Clinic with Robert Dudley. He was extremely nice and was in and out in 5 min.

This was such an easy visit. My doctors office could not see me and I had sinus infection like symptoms. Nothing to go to the ER for. You can check in from home and make an appointment. Once there, the NP was friendly, caring and provided me with helpful information. Very efficient. I will return.

I'm a loyal CVS customer and have been for years. I've never had a problem with the minute clinic until my last visit to this location. The Nurse practitioner was rude and condescending and I have never felt more uncomfortable at a doctors visit. Sandy was the nurse practitioner who refused to help or listen. I ended up calling customer service to have them check my file to see if there was something I did wrong and even the lady on the phone was even confused to while I was denied. She said there was no reason why they shouldn't be able to help me and suggested I go to a different minute clinic or come a different day to see a different nurse practitioner. I went to one a few miles away and received the amazing service I'm used to. I will never return to this minute clinic if the nurse practitioner is Sandy. Absolutely the worst service ever!
