We went through the drive-thu; we received 1 sauce and 0 ketchup. My niece went inside to get what we needed and the were rude to her and refused to give her any even after she told them we just went through the drive-thru. We were traveling and all tired, so we just went on. In hind sight, I wish I had gone back in with her and spoke to a manager. There is never a reason to be rude and to short orders just because they are in the drive-thru.

This place is a bit and miss on service. This day was good because they knew what the order was and got it right. Sometimes we get people who don't know the menu well and substitute for what they think your taking about.

Waited a very long time for the food. Food had mustard and ketchup all over the outside of the burgers. They had us wait in the #1 reserved spot then took our food to every car other than ours and then came to ours. Used to be good but not so much anymore. I always give good reviews when a business deserves it.

Seems clean and friendly. Just do not take instructions well. We asked for two hamburger patties. No buns. Plain. We got the pic below... we even said it was for 2 small dogs so...plain!

Yes, But is limited in certain areas. I can't confirm what cities will be doing so, but I would assume if it was done last year in your area then they should be do it again this year.
Not discounts but we have senior sized drinks :) (i currently work here)
No dine in drive through only and everything is given in a plastic tub as to not make contact
I'd go in person and show it to the manager.
Morning crew is pretty good but evening and weekend mob need to be made redundant.

I guess I'm getting the VIP treatment here in Springtown,Tx... My food is always great, staff are friendly, and managers have a can do attitude...don't like McDonald's...don't go...
