Awful today I found out that they’ve gotten rid of the only two employees at this location who speak English. They washed my laundry in detergent that is not what I requested and the owner or manager Fabio doesn’t speak English to correct it either. This is a mess. Have been getting my laundry done for 2 years here. I will find a new place!

I have been there a few times already and previous staff have been polite and helpful. Tonight I had a question on the driers and when I did, the female staff told me "usted habla Espanol." As in "you speak Spanish" and demanding from me to speak the language. I had to explain myself why I have to speak Spanish and noticed that if I didn't, I wasn't going to get the help I needed. This is just unacceptable and bigoted because if one doesn't speak Spanish then one would not get the service. I later asked one of the staff females for the general manager's number and name. She gave me a phone number and I asked for the name, she said, "I don't know." I asked for whoever pays her, she said, "I don't know, he pays me cash." So I called the number andit didn't work. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

As laundromats go, this one is very nice. The machines are well maintained and are extraordinarily clean. The staff is constantly cleaning the place and everyone is very courteous. The prices are also modest especially relative to the price of in building laundries in many apartment complexes. For all of these reasons, i can my clothes vleaned sorted and done with minimal aggravation in about 75 minutes. Sometimes, i find it easier to speak in Spanish here but this is a very small complaint as 99% or more of your business is with a coin operated .

I've been coming to this laundromat since they opened up a couple of years ago. I like to do all of the family laundry for the week in a couple of hours instead of wasting all day on a weekend doing it. As can be expected, some of the machines have been abused by stupid people that have no common sense . I've watched people try to shove a full size living room rug into a washer and then complain when the washer doesn't work. You have to check the machine before you use it to make sure the previous person didn't wash something nasty in there that left debris. I don't know why all the negative reviews, the staff is forever going around and cleaning up the machines after these idiots use them. If I have ever had a machine stop working they have no problem giving me a refund. The only negative thing about this laundromat is that the staff doesn't tell people to keep their kids from running around and screaming like they are on a playground. Probably because they have to watch the parents and make sure they are not stuffing the machines full of kids shoes covered with mud and dog feces. I stay away from the place on weekends because it's too busy. Best times to go are during the week before the kids get out of school. They are open 24 hours so I have done 2 am before and had the place to myself.
