Sales person was quick and personable. J&S is a really good place for dependability but my delivery was a failure this time. Previous experiences were spot on but this time was a bit of a poop show. Still, I have done enough business here. Items were left on the floor, including a straight knife tip, utility box left open, screws on the floor and dirt.

We bought a GE washer dryer set from here, they delivered and removed the old set. Very nice people. About an hour after they delivered and set up both machines they call us, i answered: -Me: "Hello" -J&S: "I have a weird question for you" -Me: "Ok" -J&S: "Do you have a black cat with a Yellow collar?" -Me: "Uh.....(Looking at my wife and whispered the same question) ??? Yes, I replied We have a black cat with a yellow collar. Well, apparently our cat snuck into the back of their truck and traveled some 30 minutes back to the furniture store. They brought back Ellie (our cat) not to long after that. Awesome people we will continue to shop there. Thanks for bringing our washer dryer set and our cat.

After too many really bad experiences and too many businesses refusing to deliver to my area never mind the outrageous delivery costs if they are even willing, I found J&S Appliance. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and lacking in the drama and stress that comes with other companies. They ordered, took my payment, delivered for free, and took away the old for free. The delivery guys were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient as well. The stove/oven I bought is wonderful. Excellent customer service every step of the way which is so rare these days. I can't believe it took me so long to find this company.

Hey Mary, Being that it sat unplugged for that amount of time it will more than likely be unrepairable. The worst thing for a refrigerators life expectancy is leaving it unplugged for a long period of time. We can try if you would like. It is a $79 service call for the diagnosis.
