Food is great and customer service is excellent. There was a a guy yelling at the Hispanic guy because they were very busy and the food was taking a while. I just want to say the Hispanic worker guy kept his cool and he didn’t let it affect how nice he treated the rest of the customers.

Be Perfect As God Is

The blizzards wasn't full the management his nails and hair was on point . But next time redo my blizzards. Frisco store is awesome. They make sure I'm blizzard is full and they make sure the flip it upside down.. don't assume that you can treat customers with little respect just because you're serving the poor community..

I went in the store today and had a complaint about the peanut buster parfait. I was treated so rude, I asked to speak to a manager and the team lead came and said that they don't know who the manager is, which was unbelievable.I also asked for their names for a complaint and they refused to give me names. One in the dining room was very sarcastic when I told her that I'm going to make a complaint. I love dairy cream but this particular restaurant have very rule employees. This happen on June the 4th I believe second shift employees.

I was waiting in line at the drive through to make an order but apparently no one was taking orders through the speaker so we patiently waited till we got the window. We then tapped on the window and ultimately opened the window to get someone to take our order. It was obvious the person was wearing earphones and listening to music. No wonder they couldn't take orders. I mentioned that she might want pay better attention and she started screaming at me. I asked for my money back and then left. Horrible service, rude staff. Never going back. Drove to the sonic ten feet away. Better service, better people.
