Last two times I went there I ordered 10 piece leg and thighs. I get home and find 7 legs and 3 thighs. Today I ordered a 12 piece with 3 large potatoes. I had 4 thighs and 8 legs. I went back through drive through and got it changed. 6 legs 6 thighs. They were obviously old but I didn't want to go through again. Got home and find they didn't put lids on the potatoes correctly. They were dumped all over bag. $32 wasted. I wish I still smoked pot, I'm so irritated.

I parked and went up to the window instead of going through the drive-thru. They served me right away. I wanted a large order of breasts only, and they only had three regulars and a whole lot of spicy. So I got three of each but I really wanted 10 regulars, not spicy. They I could wait 15 minutes but I was in a hurry. This frequently happens at that location; they rarely have 8 or 10 of the non-spicy breasts. But the service was good and quick, and I think they have the best flavored chicken and usually not greasy likes some other fast food chicken places.

09.12.2020 As a delivery driver i always get horrible service from the people who work here. Today i came to pick up a clients order and they were supposed to have it ready ten minutes earlier. When i get here they say they dont have it on the screen and dont know what i am talking about. Now that they do and its passed the time to pick it up i go to the window to see if its finally ready and the lady goes off and tells me i have not marked it on the app that its ready for the driver to pick it up. Do these people not realize that their business as well as my tip relies on their speediness not only their accuracy and customer service manners for people to keep ordering from here. Not to mention the fact that the place is really run down.

My wife went to get dinner and when my daughter opened the bag to get a biscuit she noticed there was a lot of hair inside with the biscuits, this is so discusting, some of the hair looked like pubic hair. I went back to complaint and noticed none of the 3 hispanics was wearing hair nets on their head or their private parts. I called the manager Gabriela and she thanked me for letting her know what happened. THERE'S NO WAY I'M BUYING EVER AGAIN FROM THIS PLACE AND I'M ALSO MAKING SURE EVERYONE I KNOW IS AWARE OF THIS. BUYER BEWARE!!! I posted some pictures, hopefully you can see what I'm talking about. This happened today Saturday 11/04/17 @ around 9:20 pm. Maybe this will help identify the people that were working at this day and time.
