I have stage 4 cancer I go in the store all the time I have over 50 wigs, but last week when I went in there it took that lady a long time to bring my wigs to the front and I didn't understand why because I bought the display, she searched around to find a wig like the one I wanted and brought it up there and it was not the same wig that I had originally picked out! And on top of that I still did not even get the 10% discount for buying the display because he says they no longer are giving the discount so I feel I got totally screwed by this place I will not walk a foot back into it thank you.

I would never purchase anything from this Queens Beauty Supply again. I originally don't buy anything from the Chinese stores because they do not like to give a refund. I bought some cheap earrings out of the case just to wear for the concert. Never the less as soon as I took them out of the pack one broke. So, I took them back to exchange and the man behind the counter was like I broke them. I told him no I did not even get to wear them but I told him to keep the funky $5.99 because there is nothing that I can't pay for in this store and they need the $5.99 more than I do.

Currently low on staff, so if you need assistance, be patient. Other than that... they are great! Best packs of hair and products. Prices aren't cheaper, but it's convenient compared to waiting on Amazon or the hair vendor like I normally do. Wigs are decent, but only get human hair. Them synthetic wigs last a good week (that's anywhere tho). Lol

This store is amazingly one of the best Beauty Supply stores I've purchase products since the 80's. I found this fabulous humsn hair wig that looks, feels, shampoos, styles like teal African American hair. I bought it three years ago and it has stood the test of being the best. The sales people were generous and most helpful in accommodating my every need from haircare products to make-up, nails, novelty hats, jewelry and all their latest and up to date areas of beauty, haircare products and skincare. Hope I can get another wig like the one I purchased 3 years ago or one or two similar in quality and style, easy to manage in care and holds the quality in direct care...just like you would with real human hair
