Horrible experience! They took forever to greet us when we arrived. They don't change their bed sheets. They charge for having dirty towels. We can not have visitors. We had a leak in the first room, I called the front desk and they never answered. We had to go up to the front to tell them about it, and luckily they did move us to another room, but besides that, they were extremely rude and unwelcoming. Definitely will not be returning and we encourage others not to either.

Food in the refrigerator....food in room ...they didn't even clean...room stinks...just because had an emergency and there is no refund 😕 ...worse place

The room was clean. No elevator on property. So if you have a lot of stuff this isnt the place. The management says you lose your cash deposit if it is not picked up within 24hrs. This is more like a 2 hours for $10.00 type of place.

I went in on a slow night for a room, however they were not very friendly as they requested for a 50 cash deposit and would not accept the form of photo ID that I had, they said it was okay, then changed their mind because it was from the TDCJ which is valid in the event you need to present it in the state of Texas. Not sure why but the lady didn't want my business. Seems like she was asleep when I entered the place.
