I regularly order from here as a quick meal option. With coupons and specials it is quite affordable and the quality is usually fairly good. Had an issue recently with their service and submitted feedback on their web app, about 5 minutes after I received a call from the store manager to discuss the issue and really went out of his way to make it right. Good cause for continuing business there.

This is the 4th time in a row that our order has taken over an hour and a half to get to us, gotten lost on the way here, been cold or squished. We've been patient every time, and know everyone is short staffed, but this is the last time we'll be ordering. Our pizza was cold, the wings were uncooked and cold.

I ordered online for delivery. It took an hour to get my food and I was missing items. I called the store and waited on hold for over 20 minutes but no one answered the phone. I ended up driving to the store to get my missing items. There were 4 workers making food and one person behind the counter. No one was answering the phone. The person behind the counter was very polite and helpful.
