Is there a negative ⭐️. I’m normally in & out in 10 minutes. The normal teller wasn’t there. But, two African American women was. Real talk! No racism! You know there’s gonna be a long wait when there involved. I literally waited 20 minutes for them to resolve an issue with a customer. When I could’ve resolved it in 2. She didn’t have her paperwork filled out, no information to give. Customer service is just that. After 5 minutes they should’ve asked her to step aside. By the way, it was two available tellers, only one working.🤷🏾‍♀️

Worst experience at a check cashing place... The women who claims to be the manager is abusively rude and asinine. She needs to take a customer service class. I would like to know who i can speak to about her because she shouldnt have a job in customer service with that attitude.
