Ordered the tenders and side dish, didn't check my food , got home the tenders was OLD and had no side. The phone number listed just rings and rings! Sad, if I ever come back I'll make sure to check my order before I drive off. Will be writing to corporate office on this Popeyes!

Ordered the two 12pc nuggets and asked for 6 sweet heat sauces. Received order with 4 sauces and asked for 2 more he stated that they only give 2 sauces for 12 nuggets.... HOW WHEN MCDONALD'S GIVE'S YOU 3 FOR A 10PC. OK so I paid for 2 sauces... point is if I asked for it just tell me there's an extra fee for what I asked for. Then my side mashed potatoes had NO GRAVY! When we all know the gravy is the reason for ordering mashed potatoes at Popeyes. Uuuugh Popeyes on Illinois near Wynnewood in Dallas,TX needs to DO BETTER! THEY ONLY GOT 2 STARS BECAUSE MY NUGGETS WERE GOOD EVEN WARMED IN THE MICROWAVE.

I placed a DoorDash order yesterday around 10:49 am so my order could be here right before lunch at 12 noon. For starters, I was given day old refried chicken. I could tell it was old based on the darkness of the skin and the actual crust. The fries where terrible as well. I am extremely disappointed with this location, and I can’t believe someone would give this to a customer. I paid $16 to have this old chicken delivered to me. If I didn’t work in a corporate office downtown, I would have driven to this location and demanded a refund.
