This review is based on dropping off the Bottle Drop Plus bottles only - I consider the Forest Grove location to be the best in the area for dropping off bottles. The lot is easy to get in and out of, unlike Beaverton, and the lot is clean. The door and scanner for Bottle Drop Plus consistently works, and the area is never over-stuffed with bags. I get credit for the bottles within about 2-3 days, and the times I do go into the building, it's less sticky, smelly, and loud than Beaverton. If you have a choice, choose Forest Grove over Beaverton or an express drop off location for your bottles for Bottle Drop Plus. The only downside for me is that it's pretty far away from where I live, and I need to plan a special trip to go out there.

Took in 8 bags and got credited for 6. Other then that people were nice, and helpful. I took pictures of everything because my stickers weren't sticking, if this gets resolved I will change to five star. I will update later what happens.

By far the best bottledrop in Washington County. It's cleaner than others. The staff is friendlier than others. Most importantly, the drop off door actually works and is rarely ever overloaded. I'll never go to another location again.

I am a strong proponent of recycling common even bottle return laws. However, Oregon has managed in the last 5 years to make bottle return the most unfriendly and daunting experience possible. The entire bottle return system is the broken concept at the stage. The bottle drop center in Forest Grove much like the other bottle dropcenters, is dreary, and kind of feels like an old Soviet bread line. Most days you will be greeted with a line if 20-30 people the entire day. Average wait is about 25 minutes to get inside. Once inside there are machines ready to reject about 40% of your returns. If you are diligent you can get that down to 5% AFTER many tries. In between the fun you will wait for staff to "fix" the machines. Today, I only had to wait for three malfunctions to be cleared.

Actually, yes they do. Any container that is smashed or isn't a recognized brand they will hand count them for you
No. You can only withdraw funds from your account either at Bottle Drop or at any grocery store with their Bottle Drop kiosk.
Go inside the machine on the left that says sign up here scan your card put your four digit pin in and then press withdraw funds

You're fine because there's a new rule which is 15 bags per 90 days. There's no more 2 per day limit. Your bags will be processed and put into your account.
Your best bet would be to go in and make an appointment. They never answer the phone.
I don't know because I put mine in the drop off
Cornelius here! I use their bottle counting option. So i am not standing in lines. Busiest times are mornings and afternoons. 11-10 or when they first open, hey its quite
Sometimes this happens all u have to do is go in and ask then what happen and they well fix it also let then know now much u got for the two bags ok
Yes with hand count 1.5 liters or smaller
I think ID or driver's license is needed they take all cans bottles plastic bottles and all retailers
Yes they have an automated ATM there it Print out a slip At the bottle return then you go to the automated ATM to get your cash
$2 a roll of 10
Yes once you put all your returns through the machine it will print out slip that you can place in a machine on site for your refund.
350 is a limit. Yet I have see when it's not busy, others have stood in line twice to put in more than 350 for that day. 350 is to keep people from taking over one machine for hours.
