I'm sorry I need to say this but I'm not impressed with your location. Or the lady I was dealing with oh, I think her name was Brooke . I've never been into your shop before I was waiting to get checked in first I waited well the attendant was dealing with another customer understandably. Then she put her on her side sent through two more people , Then started working on the previous client again. Sent through another guy. Meanwhile there was three more people in line BEHIND ME. When I asked to be put through before she deals with the next three people she got a little Huffy. All I wanted to do is get in and tan. I guess she wasn't finished with the first girl she was dealing with and went to deal with her before she came back to me at this point there were five people in line BEHIND ME. That's when she told me signing me in would take 20 25 minutes because I've never been here before . I think she was just trying to get rid of me. anyways I'm not impressed I've never dealt with a place EVER being the first time there like I did this time. Believe me I do understand there's a process I have been tanning for years letting 9 people go ahead of me just because they're regulars that's not right either. At that right not only will I be waiting to get signed in I'll probably end up waiting for a bed because they be full at this point . I think you actually need a paper for someone to side so you'd at least have the information to enter into the computer or at least do something to make the process easier. Anyways, thanks for your... WHATEVER!!!

Signed up and was told my monthly charge was going to be around $42 after tax. That’s what I was billed month after month... all of sudden in March, $75 was due. I called corporate and they did absolutely nothing to explain or help. I’ll never return to this company and would highly recommend that my friends don’t either. Customer service is horrible! I’ll be taking my business and spending my money elsewhere
