Our overall experience was excellent. We started with a cheese plate, marshmallow soup, and onion soup. The soups were very tasty. The cheese selection was good, but the accompaniments lacked variety (the only spread was a fig jam). For our entrees, we had ham and cheese; crab; lobster; and herb and sausage souffles. The seasonal lobster and crab souffles were tasty but perhaps a bit disappointing. The in-shell presentation with the lobster was fun, but the meat was a bit chewy. The ham and cheese souffle in particular was simple but stunning. For dessert, we had apricot; raspberry; chocolate; and key lime souffles and a chocolate cake. The apricot souffle was the highlight. The raspberry souffle was solid but perhaps a bit too subtle. The chocolate souffle was just a touch overcooked.

We had an awesome girls day out. The French wine and champagne tasting were very good. We had the blue crab soufflee which was delicious. Our only complaint was it took quite a bit for the waiter to come back after dropping off the desert menu and took far to long to come back to ask us what we wanted. We had to leave and cash out

All I can say is WOW! We came in for dessert and ended up ordering a champagne flight (yum), a bowl of the Marshmallow Soup (best soup I’ve ever had) and two sweet soufflés (Praline Pecan and Pistachio). It was our first time having soufflés and we were both pleasantly surprised by how light and fluffy they were. Our waitress, Valerie, was so friendly and helpful with the menu. We will definitely be back!

Rise is absolutely beautiful and amazing! I discovered this restaurant a few years ago, and I have not stopped going yet! Their food is something words can't describe. I never thought I would love souffle this much! The staff is kind, prompt, considerate, and very knowledgeable. The venue is so unique and comfortable all at the same time. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant! My compliments to the chef and owner for creating such an amazing experience both visually and tastefully!

Most people wear business casual to dinner attire

If you are supposedly very "French" in your ways, then why did I just see a tv show with one of your idiot cooks telling us that to make the souffle rise you add beaten egg whites and mix the hell out of them? Any moron knows you FOLD it in!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't worry about making a lunch reservation, but at dinner, yes. However you can always call ahead and see if they're crowded.
