7pm last night my wife and I ordered an 11 piece and a 2 piece with fries. Did not get the fries or the biscuits with the order. That is not why I am upset. The chicken! The chicken was cold and looked like it was fried in old dirty oil. Not only that but it was overly dry. Like as if it was left over from when they opened that day and was just left to sit under a heat lamp ALL DAY! In fact the only thing that was good was the masses potatoes. Even the read beans and rice was not up to par. This Popeyes will NEVER get my money again! $60 waisted!!!

By far this is the best location I've visited. I gave 4 stars because the chicken sandwich I ordered was kind of on the cool side and it chewed like it had been sitting for a while. I would have preferred to wait to get fresh sandwich. However, the service was outstanding! As I waited to get my order the woman in the drive window was alerting the manager that a car had been waiting too long in the pickup space to receive their order. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The staff members did not greet us upon arrival, nor did they have a sense of urgency to be of service. My mashed potatoes were cold and the chicken strips were extremely oily. Most of the kitchen staff were not wearing their masks while handling the food. They did not speak or understand English. Consequently, I asked for our missing napkins, utensils and sauce in Spanish. This isn't the first time we've had terrible food and service here. Not coming back.

I usually don't, give bad reviews. But tonight, we had Popeyes chicken on Airport freeway in Bedford TX. The food was cold, and one of the meals was supposed to be chicken strips. We got literally just small pieces of hard crumbs chicken. The other meal was ordered as spicy chicken. Got regular mild chicken with cold beans and rice. I will follow up with the location for their not so pleasant dinner. Once, again I love giving reviews for awesome service and great tasting food. But, tonight was not the night to go visit Popeyes chicken. 9/8/2021 @ 2115 hour.
