OMG took 3... Three... People to figure out what sandwiches to put in which bag. Every single person got called back because something was wrong or forgotten. Turkey was dry AF, even with tons of mayo. My hubby liked the Italian. But was not worth the wait watching teenagers trying to figure things out.

I have never in my life been so humiliated. I went in there today to order a sandwich never have I ever had bad service. They called out my name I went up to the counter and picked up a bag started to open it. The guy in the back said that's not yours then proceeded to belittle me and said stay with me Ms. Alice for thirty more seconds. I was so embarrassed and humiliated I just walked out. He needs to take in to consideration some people don't hear well and when I saw the bag I thought it was mine. I apologized over and over the guy who's bag it was said no problem. I will never go there again and I loved this place.

So disappointed. The first time I had a cheesesteak from Capriotti's I was in heaven. I watched them make it and drove 15 minutes back to my house it was still fresh and delicious. That was the first time i introduced my husband to the large classic Italian. He loved it! The last two times I've ordered for pickup the sandwich has been made incorrectly. I've asked for double meat both times and that has not happened. They've left off my mayo and my hot peppers. Today my bread was so chewy I could barely bite into it. The steak was so overcooked and dry that i had to add ketchup in order to swallow it down. I don't want to have to stand there and watch them make my cheesesteak I'm order to love it. I always get my husband a large classic Italian. I asked for light mayo, light oil, and light vinegar. The sandwich was soggy and falling apart and the mask oozed out of the side of the sandwich. They've got one more chance before I'm done!

We spontaneously stopped at Capriotti’s and I am so glad! We got the large Impossible Cheese Steak Sandwich (which is actually 2 full subs!). I positively inhaled my portion. It was the best vegetarian version of a Cheese Steak sandwich that I’ve ever had and it tasted just like the sandwiches from Philly! I cannot rave about this sandwich enough. Everything was perfect: the ingredients, textures, FLAVOR, and temperature. It’s not a matter of if but when we’ll revisit Capriotti’s. Absolutely fantastic! Excited to try other things on their menu!
