I order here often and usually don’t have issues but tonight when they forgot part of my order, we called the store and they told us we had to drive down to get what they forgot! What’s the point in paying for delivery if I have to go pick up the food YOU forgot to give me? Not to mention the man on the phone was rude, had attitude AND hung up on us when we asked if there was anything he could do. Do better. Update: we went to the store to complain and the nice man at the counter informed us that the person who answered the phone for us was fired after the phone call. Thank you to the other workers there who did their jobs properly.

Wanted something quick and different for dinner so.. The other half and I ordered 2 bread bowls. We walk in and the two guys working were singing and laughing. The food was ready and hot. They smiled and laughed the entire time we were in there. Made my boyfriend's and mines night. The food is awesome as well. We wish we would've caught their names but thank you guys!!

We typically order from here once or twice a month—our orders are always correct and always done super fast. We live around the corner so we pick up our orders in 10 minutes or less in store. My favorite feature in the app is the ability to see which employee is making our order in the tracker. I’m sure there’s some collaboration taking place like at any business, but, 99.5% of the time we get Skip. I’ve never met him because my husband typically picks up the order…he’s a rockstar in my book!! 😎 It’s a tense few seconds immediately after placing the order to see if Skip would be making our order or not. Keep up the great work Carbondale Domino’s!
