I recently started going here to run since it gets to hot to run outside in the summer. The gym is always clean and never too crowded. The girl that works in the morning during the week is really nice and has great customer service!

Pros: Excellent choice of equipment, one of the largest and best you will find. The functional fitness areas are the most robust I have seen at any gym. Several locations to choose from, even though none are central Denver. Members are friendly, and seem to be understanding when the gym is busy. I've had great workouts here. Cons: My big gripe about VASA is that their hidden fees and contractual agreements are fishy. VASA tacks on an extra "Rate Guarantee Fee" of $50 dollars, annually. Planet Fitness does not have a "Rate Guarantee Fee", and I've always paid just $10/month to be a member there. Simple. When I signed up with VASA (7/4/2022), the rate advertised on their website was 21.99/mo, but my bill is 24.99/mo, plus the Rate Guarantee Fee, which brings the cost per month to ~$30/mo. I admire companies that are simple and straightforward with their fee structure, and VASA seems to be playing around here. A small last mention: the gym smells of chlorine. Probably not a big deal to most people, but I'm sensitive to it. My hair will smell of chlorine after working out.

I wish that they were a little faster to repair their broken machines, but otherwise this gym is great. Always friendly staff, lots of weights and machines to accommodate even when it's busy. The locker rooms aren't always totally clean but it's usually fine, the rest of the gym is kept clean. There's a good vibe here too, not too many meatheads or weirdos.

Pros: friendly site staff, wide range of fitness classes (both variety and times), decent parking. I feel like both beginners and experienced folks feel comfortable here. Cons: facility maintenance is poor, especially common areas like bathrooms. Equipment constantly breaks down and is not fixed for days, sometimes weeks. Many of the machines and equipment also are very worn and unkempt. Mask mandate is not enforced - like at all. The corporate level (billing, customer service) staff is not helpful Overall, its okfor the price, especially for a chain gym. My biggest complaint is the lack of upkeep of the facilities and equipment.
