I've been renting 2 units from this location for the past 5 years. Every time I come in to this location I'm greeted by a friendly face Everything I need is taking care of by Devon and Dawn Marie. We were vacating our units yesterday and When I got there Dawn Marie was cleaning out the units I couldn't believe how hard she was working. She had already Cleaned about 6 or 8 units that day maybe more...... She was carrying a bucket and a mop around While making sure that every unit she cleaned was spotless I almost felt guilty for leaving a little bit of trash on the floor in my unit. ButI knew she would take care of it. Devon the manager is just The nicest person I've ever known. He is so helpful friendly and courteous and always has been. I give this A 5 star rating because of how wonderful I've been treated in the past from these guys.

I chose this location based on the other reviews posted. This location did not disappoint and went way beyond my expectations. Reserving and signing a contract online was seamless. Within a week of signing a contract, I was fortunate to find a place to live. Devon was extremely helpful in prorating what I owed and even reached out personally. This is the very reason why this location is five star! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I found Devon to be extremely professional and friendly. We even chatted awhile after completing my vacating notice and closure of my contract. If you are looking for consistent customer service, this is the location where you want your belongings to be! These are valid five star ratings from other customers and I had to join all the other reviews in agreement!!
