Jerrod was the friendliest and most helpful face we have met in a long time. We are newbies to RVING and we were worried about dumping and filling water tanks for the first time. We were greatful that we were able to come with convenient business hours. Jarrod also told us about beautiful well kept lot where other RVS are stored. Reasonable prices and property manager lives on site. Always ensuring safe storage. Great guy great place!

A Discount Storage is truly a gem! We are so glad to have found such a safe place to store our 5th wheel. The dump station is easy to use and such a perk to have right in the lot where we store our rig. The prices are very reasonable. And the manager, Jarrod, is such a kind and accommodating man. He cares deeply about the property and takes immaculate care of the grounds. We come in and out of the lot frequently and have never had anything but great experiences. I highly recommend A Discount Storage to anyone looking for a storage facility!

I do not know about the storage facility here but the way the dump is ran is a little more than frustrating. There are several rules if you want to dump here. First you must call in advance and make an appointment. Second they want you to bring $22 cash. When you arrive the man that works there hounds you on who you are, have you dumped there before, do you know the rules etc... My last and final attempt at using this facility for its dump I was told I would have to reverse my trailer out into the street when I was finished because I was long and he could not let me drive through the lot (29 foot travel trailer). I have dumped this unit in the past and was allowed to pull through the lot. I believe that the man running the operation does not want outside people/me dumping at the storage lot facility as advertised because the rules are ever changing and the customer service is very abrasive. I will take my unit elsewhere from now on.

We've stored our camper here since 2013 and have had nothing but the best experience. The facilities are always clean and free of debris and tire hazards (I mention this as tire hazards are common in every other lot we've stored in). Ownership and employees are great and helpful....to the point where they assist in getting the trailer straight while pulling the rig in and out. Our pricing has remained affordable over the years, especially for the access to water and tire-fill included with our storage fee. Overall, this is a great place to use for a camper or trailer storage!
