We should have gone somewhere else when we noticed a bus boy choking on a joint in the front! I know it’s Denver but really???? The restaurant was trashed! Only had water or tea to drink! Then our food came out and my chicken sandwich was raw in the middle!!!! GROSS!!!!!! ****UPDATE***** Got a phone call from the district manager? Was very apologetic and said he knew who the manager was, said that issues will be addressed. Asked to give them a try again, but really you think I'm going to go back and spend money there again? Not even an offer of a gift card to give them another chance, all he could say is how mad HE was....smh.....

Yuck first the good was the greeter Larry nice professional, the ice cream on the skillet come my kids liked. Bad chicken Parmesan and the waitress saying it comes with garlic sauce, checking menu, taking to manager and having it remade. Ribs dry and manager remade. The steak was fatty and tough.yuck. The managers excuse was it was their slow time so staff wasn't appropriate.

Our experience went from bad to worse. Starting out the manager refused to accommodate our party of 8. He said there was no way to seat us together and we could leave or sit at separate tables. The waitress was overwhelmed and took 20 minutes to greet us. The light bulb was missing above our table. Drinks were not refilled. Food was delivered cold, undercooked and overcooked. My daughter ordered her steak medium well and it was rare in most spots and full of fat. My son's ribs were very dry and smothered in barbecue sauce. My broccoli was raw, not steam. My husband had a cold bacon cheeseburger, barely even ate any of it. My gluten free daughter had a reaction from her steak, baked potato and corn. Something that should have been fine. Will never go to this location again, may never go to Ruby Tuesdays again since this was our first experience with this chain.

Went there on Thanksgiving around 7:30, they closed at 9. I'm sure staffing for the holidays was an issue that night because I had a mixed experience. Stood at the host booth for about 5 minutes while staff avoided making eye contact or letting me know they'd be with me soon. After we were seated our server? or drink taker? Not really sure because we ordered drinks and food right away but he never came back to check on us...no one actually came to check on us so I'm not even sure who our server was. Anyway, the guy that took our drink and food order was really friendly and upbeat, nice guy. I ordered a the Trio meal (ribs, shrimp, and chicken tenders) and was told there weren't any tenders left but that he can take a few dollars off my meal. I asked if he could just put more shrimp in place of the tenders. My wife's steak came out excellent but I don't think I got the shrimp in place of the tenders but the worst part is that my ribs came out cold to the touch. Since No one came to check on us, I couldn't make the issue known to be remedied so we finished our meal and left. I still tipped 22% because it was a holiday and I appreciate their being open and working but it definitely was not a typical or good dining experience.

No it is not available, it will be a while before it returns.
Sanitize tables after every customer
As i recall, it was @$10. Comes included with some of the entrees. It is a good salad bar, but nothing really special, and i decided it wasn't worth $10.
this place gets packed sometimes. I would definitely call ahead
